ENJOY YOUR VISIT TO GIANTS STADIUM
The Meadowlands would like all of our guests to enjoy their visit to Giants Stadium. To assist you, and to ensure your safety, comfort and enjoyment, we are providing the following information and guidelines. Due to heightened security measures at the gates, we strongly urge all guests to enter the Stadium as early as possible to avoid delays.

Giants Stadium is located within The Meadowlands Sports & Entertainment Complex, 50 State Route 120, East Rutherford, New Jersey. Directions to Giants Stadium

PARKING AT GIANTS STADIUM

2008 FOOTBALL SEASON
All parking at Giants Stadium will require a prepaid parking pass for all Jets and Giants games (including preseason). Any ticket holder without a prepaid parking pass will be required to park at an off-site location. NO TAILGATING will be permitted at the off-site parking location or in Parking Deck 23 (Arena side of Complex).

The cost for a 2008 season parking permit will be $150, which includes parking permits for two preseason and eight regular season games, $15 per game. For more information on purchasing a prepaid parking permit, please call the Jets at (516) 560-8200 or the Giants at (201) 935-8222.

Onsite parking fees for Jets or Giants games are as follows:
Onsite parking locations will open 7 hours prior to kickoff.
$15 (prepaid permit) for parking at the Sports Complex
$75 Limos/RV’s ($15 credit will be applied if in possession of a parking permit)
$100 for buses ($15 credit will be applied if in possession of a parking permit)

Offsite parking fees for Jets or Giants games are as follows:
Offsite parking locations will open 5 hours prior to kickoff.
$20 for Giants
$25 for Jets
Please keep in mind that there is NO TAILGATING at the offsite parking location.

We strongly encourage guests to carpool or take mass transportation if possible
due to the various construction projects on the Complex and the impact on available parking.

ONSITE PARKING

  • The Jets and Giants have instituted a prepaid parking permit policy for all ticket
    holders who desire to park on the Sports Complex (Stadium and Arena
    sides of the Complex). This prepaid parking policy is necessary due to the construction projects that are taking place on the Complex.

    The following pertains:
    o All vehicles parking on the Sports Complex will require a parking permit
    o Those ticket holders who do not have a parking permit will have to
    park at offsite parking locations where a shuttle service will be provided

  • The parking fees for Jets or Giants games are as follows:
    $15 (prepaid permit) for parking at the Sports Complex
    $75 Limos/RV’s ($15 credit will be applied if in possession of a parking permit)
    $100 for buses ($15 credit will be applied if in possession of a parking permit)

  • Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lots 10/12 & 18 and in Lot 15
    for Stadium Club members and South Tower guests only. A state-issued
    accessible parking plate or placard must be prominently displayed on any car
    parking in these spaces. Ticket holders with ADA plates or placards must also
    possess a pre-paid parking permit for the appropriate game to park in these
    lots. Please enter the Stadium through Gates B, C or D.

  • Bus parking is in Lot 14.

  • Drop-off and pick-up at the Stadium is located near Lot 10/12, near
    the stadium side of the pedestrian bridge (near the Gate B side of the Stadium).

  • Taxicabs and limousines will be directed to drop off/pick-up areas by Parking and Traffic staff members.

  • Large vehicles that require additional space will be directed into designated
    areas by Parking and Traffic Staff. These areas will normally be along the
    curbs in the parking lots so these vehicles do not take up more than one
    parking space. Additional parking fees will be charged.

  • Illegal parking outside the Sports Complex on area roadways, medians,
    grass malls and vehicle breakdown lanes is prohibited. Violators will be
    ticketed by local police and/or towed at owner’s expense.

  • Portable toilets are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots

  • Portable toilets for guests with disabilities are available in parking lots 10 and 18.

  • Public transportation from NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal to the
    Meadowlands Sports Complex is available on game days. For more
    information,contact New Jersey Transit at (800) 772-2222 or visit
    their website at www.njtransit.com.

    OFF-SITE PARKING

  • Parking Lot toll plazas open 5 hours prior to kickoff.

  • The offsite parking lots are located approximately 2 miles from the Meadowlands Sports Complex at 1050 Wall Street West, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071.

    From Route 3 East - take the 17/N Rutherford exit - Stay to Right (Service Road) and follow signs to parking location.

    From Route 3 West - take the 17/S Lyndhurst exit to Polito Avenue and follow signs to parking location.

    From Route 17S - Follow Route 17S past Route 3 until it becomes Rutherford Avenue. Turn Left onto Polito Avenue and follows signs to parking location

  • Shuttle bus service will be provided to ticket holders from and to the offsite parking lots. For shuttle service times and locations, go to GIANTS PARKING INFORMATION or JETS PARKING INFORMATION.

  • Tailgating will not be permitted in the offsite parking lots.

  • Handicapped accessible vans will be provided at the offsite location.


  • DROP OFF AND PICK-UP INFORMATION
  • Drop-off and pick-up at the Stadium is located near Lot 10/12, near
    the stadium side of the pedestrian bridge (near the Gate B side of the Stadium).

  • Taxicabs and limousines will be directed to drop off/pick-up areas by
    Parking and Traffic staff members.

  • TAILGATING FOR ALL EVENTS
  • ONE CAR, ONE SPACE: Tailgating is permitted in the parking lots
    provided that ticket holders use the same space occupied by their vehicle
    or tailgate in a designated tailgate zone. Please be courteous to your fellow
    guests; open parking spaces should not be used for tailgating.

  • Tailgating is NOT PERMITTED in Deck 23 which is located next to the
    Continental Airlines Arena or at the offsite parking location.

  • The Tailgate Courtesy Squad will again patrol the parking lots pregame to
    ensure that the “one car, one space” policy is followed when tailgating.

  • Ticket holders may not reserve adjacent parking spaces for others.

  • If you have a large tailgate party, stadium management strongly encourages
    you to arrive early and use the grass berms and paved areas on the islands
    located between the parking lots. This will allow you to fully enjoy your party
    while being courteous to your fellow fans.

  • Outside catering companies are not permitted. ARAMARK is the official food
    service provider/caterer for the Meadowlands Sports Complex. To schedule a
    catered event, please contact ARAMARK at (201) 935-5660.

  • Grills are permitted for tailgating enjoyment, provided guests do so only in the
    same space occupied by their vehicle. However, their use near buildings or in
    areas where guests or property may be damaged is strictly prohibited.

  • Please do not discard hot coals near vehicles or in plastic waste receptacles;
    there have been several car and trash fires over the past few years. For
    your safety and convenience, hot coal bins have been provided for the
    disposal of charcoal. These large, red or orange “hot charcoal” bins are
    located on the islands/plazas between the parking lots. PLEASE DO NOT
    DISCARD TRASH IN THE HOT COAL BINS.

  • Open fires are not permitted.

  • Trash receptacles are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots
    and near the Stadium entrances. Please bag and dispose of your trash to
    make it safer for vehicles exiting the Sports Complex after the game.

  • Ball playing in the Stadium parking lots and roadways is a safety hazard
    and is not permitted. Many injuries occur as a result of these activities.

  • CONCERT AND SOCCER PARKING
    Concerts & International Soccer - $20
    Red Bulls - $10

  • Parking lots generally open 3-6 hours prior to event.

  • Parking Lot 14 is reserved for charter buses.

  • Illegal parking outside the Sports Complex on area roadways, medians, grass malls and vehicle breakdown lanes should not be attempted. Violators will be ticketed by local police and/or towed at owner's expense.

  • Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lots 10/12, 18, and 15 (Stadium Club Members and South Tower guests). Enter Giants Stadium through Gates B, C or D.

  • Drop off and pick up at the Stadium is located near Lot 10/12, near the Stadium side of the pedestrian bridge (near the Gate B side of the Stadium).

  • Taxicabs and limousines will be directed to drop off/pick up area by Parking and Traffic staff members

  • Public buses traveling between Giants Stadium and the New York City Port Authority Bus Terminal are available on game days. For more information, contact New Jersey Transit at (800) 772-2222 or visit their website at www.njtransit.com.

  • Overnight parking (including RVs) is not permitted.

  • Port-o-sans are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots. Port-o-sans for guests with disabilities are available in Lots 10/12 and 18.

    BOX OFFICE & WILL CALL
    The Giants Stadium Box Office and Will Call is open on event days only and opens approximately 2-1/2 hours prior to a sporting event and 2 hours prior to a concert. Giants Stadium Will Call is located at Gate D for all events except NY/NJ Red Bulls games; will call for Red Bulls games is located at Gate C.

    To pick up or purchase tickets to Giants Stadium events in advance, go to the Continental Airlines Arena Box Office. The Continental Airlines Arena Box Office is open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM.

    SEATING AT GIANTS STADIUM
    Giants Stadium has three public seating levels each with its own concourse: Lower Tier (100 level seating), Mezzanine (200 level seating) and Upper Tier (300 level seating). For detailed seating charts, please visit our Seating Chart Page.

    Access to the following levels is through the South Tower, located between Gates C and D: Level 4 - 50 Club (for suite and club seat holders) and Terrace Suites, Level 5 - Super Suites, Level 8 - Tower Suites and Level 9 - Press Box.

    Other levels are Service (field level) and Plaza (street level).

    IMPORTANT LOCATIONS

    Rest Rooms and Water Fountains
    There are 24 restrooms on the Lower Level, 22 on the Mezzanine Level and 24 on the Upper Level. The facilities in Sections 117 through 125 are specifically equipped for guests with disabilities. Restrooms for guests with disabilities can also be found in the following locations: Mezzanine Level in Sections 210, 220 and 240 (men's) and Sections 202, 212 and 222 (women's); Stadium Club; South Tower Levels 4, 5, 8 and 9.

    Public Telephones
    Located in each of the following Sections: 101, 121, 131, 211, 223, 239, 301and 321. One telephone at each bank is designed for wheelchair use. A TTY phone is located in the Stadium Club Lobby for the hearing impaired.

    ATM Machines
    Located at all gates on the Lower Level, Upper Level, the Mezzanine Level at gates B & D, and the Stadium Club.

    Concessions and Merchandise
    There are 18 concession stands on the Lower Level, 8 on the Mezzanine Level and 18 on the Upper Level. Merchandise stands are located at each gate on each level. A merchandise tent is set up at each gate on the plaza level and offers a large variety of team apparel and souvenirs. Merchandise staores are also available at sections 111 & 311. The exclusive concessionaire at Giants Stadium is ARAMARK.

    Safety/Security
    The Safety/Security Office is located at the East End of Giants Stadium on the Service Level (between Gates B and C). For assistance, notify the nearest Safety/Security or Guest Services Representative or call (201) 842-5200.

    First Aid
    Stations are located at the East End of the Stadium on the Service Level (between Gates B and C) and on the Mezzanine Level adjacent to Sections 201 and 221. For assistance, notify the nearest Guest Services, Safety/Security Representative or Emergency Medical Technicians stationed in Sections 111, 131, 311 and 331.

    Lost and Found
    Located within the Safety/Security Office on the Service Level between Gates B and C or call (201) 842-5200.

    Parents' Waiting Room
    Located in the Buffet Room of the Stadium Club. To confirm whether the waiting room is available for a concert, check the information page for the event.

    South Tower Gate
    The South Tower/Stadium Club gate, which is located between Gates C and D provides access for South Tower suite, Club Seat and Stadium Club members only.

    Stadium Club
    The Stadium Club serves as a private club and restaurant during Stadium events. The Club includes the main dining room, bar area and buffet dining area and can be leased for trade shows, luncheons, meetings, private affairs, etc. Located between Gates C and D on the Plaza Level, south side of the Stadium.

    50 Club
    The 50 Club is a private club during Stadium events that can be leased on non-event days for private meetings and parties. It has a buffet service area, main meeting/dining area and several alcoves for cozy mingling or breakaway discussions. Located in the South Tower, Level 4.

    Press Box
    Located on Level 9 of the Stadium. The Press Box accommodates over 250 members of the media. The area is split into two ends, East and a West that includes three rows of seating in addition to 10 broadcast booths and a dining area.

    ADMISSION POLICIES

  • Due to heightened security measures at the gates, we strongly urge all guests to arrive at Giants Stadium as early as possible to avoid entrance delays.
  • Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry into Giants Stadium.
  • Physically challenged guests requiring assistance (Gates B and D) should contact a Guest Services Representative at the gates or Mike Smith, ADA Manager, in advance, at (201) 935-3900.
  • Exit/Re-entry into Giants Stadium is not permitted. Dress appropriately for inclement weather prior to entering the Stadium. If medication is required, be sure to have it with you upon entry.
  • All guests entering the Stadium are subject to search. Refusal may be grounds to prohibit admission.
  • Merchandise may not be sold or resold on Meadowlands property or areas adjacent to The Meadowlands Sports Complex.

    PERMITTED ITEMS (all items are subject to inspection)

  • Plastic Bottles (One bottled water per fan with cap removed)
  • Binoculars
  • Still cameras (non-professional) that do not obstruct views of the field of neighboring guests.
  • Small purses and fanny packs
  • Seat cushions
  • Aramark bags containing just-purchased merchandise
  • Hand-held radios and TV's (fans will be asked to turn them on for inspection)

    PROHIBITED ITEMS (subject to change based on event without notice)

  • Glass Bottles, Cans
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Thermoses
  • Umbrellas
  • Video Cameras, Recording Devices
  • Professional cameras and tripods
  • Pets (only service animals are permitted)
  • Aerosol Cans
  • Firearms
  • Knives (including pocket knives), Box Cutters or Weapons of any kind.
  • Chains
  • Hanging Banners, Signs, Sticks, Poles
  • Laser Pointers
  • Noise Makers, Whistles, Air Horns, Bull Horns
  • Fireworks
  • Clothing containing vulgar language
  • Drugs, Narcotics, Illegal Substances
  • Pepper Spray, Mace
  • Any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate

    Prohibited items that are discovered during inspections at Stadium entrances must either be returned to the owner's vehicle or discarded. The Stadium will not provide a storage area for these items. Unlawful items that are discovered during security inspections are subject to being confiscated and the person in possession of those items is subject to arrest. Guests arriving by mass transit must take particular caution not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made. Thank you for your continued cooperation and please be assured that your comfort and safety are our primary goals.

    WHILE IN YOUR SEAT

  • Proper behavior is expected from all of our guests.
  • Foul/abusive language and/or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated and will be cause for ejection and/or arrest. Violators may also have their season tickets revoked. Notify the nearest Guest Services or Safety/Security Representative immediately if actions of this type occur near you.
  • Retain ticket stubs for Guest Services Representatives to verify proper seat location. Adults should ensure that children are in possession of their own ticket. This will facilitate reuniting the child with parents should they become separated.
    Sit only in your assigned seat to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
  • Keep aisles clear at all times; emergency situations require that stairways be kept clear. Guests sitting or standing in the Stadium aisles jeopardize the safety of others.
  • Be prepared to show your ticket stub each time you enter your assigned seating section.
  • Entering the playing field without authorization or throwing objects is a violation of Stadium rules and may prove hazardous. Offenders will be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution.
  • Handheld radios and televisions are allowed as long as guests listen with an earpiece or headphones. Guests should be considerate of their neighbors when using these devices.
  • Disabled seating is reserved for disabled guests with one companion only.

    SMOKING POLICY
    Smoking is permitted on the spirals and at ground-level plazas at all gates. Smoking is prohibited in all other areas of Giants Stadium.

    ALCOHOL POLICY
    Guests who attend events at Giants Stadium expect to have a good time. As such, it is our duty to ensure that those guests who drink alcoholic beverages do so responsibly. The following is a list of the alcohol policies instituted at Giants Stadium:

  • Guests will not be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the Stadium.
  • Guests will not be allowed to enter Giants Stadium if they appear intoxicated.
  • Limit of 2 beers per possession.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not vended in the seating areas.
  • Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 must provide valid proof of age.
  • Beer sales are shut off at the end of halftime or earlier at management's discretion.
  • Drunk and disorderly behavior as well as violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from Giants Stadium without refund and could result in the loss of season tickets.
